Terms of Service

Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you agree to dog waste
removal services from Doody Dashers.

  • TERMS OF SERVICE (revised 4/2/2022)
    Doody Dashers is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we”
    or “our”) that provides pet-waste removal services to residences, businesses and
    commercial properties, you agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern
    the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services you hire
    us for, you are bound to these Terms.

    The customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on
    weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard which is your own responsibility,
    and other unknown outside influences.

  • DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE
    Doody Dashers offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services.
    These services include One Time Clean, Weekly Cleaning, Every Other Week Cleaning,
    and Seasonal Cleaning. All pricing is based on an area size of an 1/4th of an acre.
    Larger areas will have an additional charge.

  • ACCESSING YOUR YARD
    The Customer understands that if Doody Dashers can’t access the area
    needing cleaning due to locked/blocked/frozen gates or dogs in the yard; the scoop will
    be skipped and charges will still apply. Doody Dashers suggests adding gate
    combinations or lock keys to your file to avoid locked gates. If the customer requests we
    come back, a $5 driving fee will be added to the customer’s bill.

  • WEATHER
    Doody Dashers will work through the rain and cold as long as we can safely
    do so. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high
    winds, extreme high or low temperatures, flooding or an accumulation of snow.
    Doody Dashers is a MONTHLY subscription service. We do not offer refunds
    for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore in these cases, we will skip service for that
    week, and see you the following week. A refund will not be issued as we still have to
    pick up all of the poop that would have been scooped the prior week. If you need the
    area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best
    to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it. Additionally, we do not want to tear up your
    yard in any way. If it is really muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next
    scheduled visit when things have dried out.

  • HOLIDAYS Doody Dashers does not provide services on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If your pick up day falls on one of these days, we will skip service that week and pick up the following week. There are no refunds for a missed pick up. We still have to do the work and pick up all of the poop from the week prior.

  • BILLING
    Doody Dashers pre bills monthly for our service. Your account will be charged
    on the 1st of the month for service. If your card is declined, we will discontinue service
    immediately until the issue has been resolved. If more than 30 days have passed since
    your last clean up, a first time clean up fee will be applied. We will only pause service
    for periods of 30 days. If service does not resume after the 30 day period you will be
    removed from the schedule. One Time Cleanings will be billed after the service has
    been completed. Payment is due within 24 hours. If Payment is not made within 48 hours the card on file will be billed automatically.

  • DOG BITES, INJURIES TO SCOOPER OR DOG

    Safety is our number one priority, In the event a dog is let out into the area we are scooping and the dog bites or injuries the scooper, then the owner of the dog will be responsible for medical bills for the scoopers injuries. In the event a dog is injured Doody Dashers and Scoopers are not responsible for medical or vet bills since dogs are required to be indoors while we are scooping your yard.

  • SECURING FENCES, GATES, CONTAINMENT STRUCTURES

    We try our best to secure locks, latch gates, reconnect fences, but with each lock or latch being different it can make it difficult. We will try our best to secure the latches and gates, and will notify you of any problems that we may have. We ask you verify gates and latches and fences are secure after we are done scooping your yard and before letting your dog outside. We are not responsible for dogs that get out of the yard or fenced in area. We are not responsible for medical or vet bills received from dogs getting out of fenced in areas.

  • LEAVES, DEBRIS AND TALL GRASS
    We will always do our best to clean your yard the best that we can. We understand that
    maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. The
    customer understands that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a
    yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, there may be
    some dog waste that is missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will get
    anything that was missed if yard maintenance is complete. If you find an excessive
    amount that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible at doodydashers@gmail.com

  • ADDITIONAL FEES
    The following are items we charge extra for:

  • PRIVACY POLICY
    We may collect personal information from you on our Sites or through any other digital
    or personal communication with you. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided
    by you and may include information such as your name, email address, phone number,
    and physical address. Our Sites may collect general information about the service you
    are requesting such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and
    number of pets you have, and general information about your pet’s behavior.

    We collect information about you in order to provide you with our services. We use
    personal information about our users for a variety of purposes related to our business,
    your information is for Doody Dashers use only. We will never sell your
    information or send it to third parties.

    We may provide user information to third-party service providers or vendors for
    purposes of, including without limitation, processing your payments or sending
    information to you, data tracking, maintenance or development of our System. We may
    also share your personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in
    response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to
    establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise
    required by law.

  • REVISIONS
    Doody Dashers provides the above Services to you subject to the Terms,
    which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. Amendments will be
    effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to our website. We recommend you
    visit the Sites to review any changes in our practices. Your continued use of our
    Services shall constitute acceptance to any changes to the Terms. Some of the
    provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or
    notices published elsewhere on our site.

  • SHUT DOWN
    We reserve the right to shut down operations fully between Christmas and New Years Day. You will be billed at your normal Monthly rate unless you scoop your yard fully during our shut down.

  • ADDITIONAL FEES
    Late payment fee $10 added to each bill that is late. Payment is due the 1st of each month. Bill becomes late on the 3rd of each month.
